FULL PRICED ITEMS

We are happy to process refunds or exchanges for any full priced items that don't quite suit.

Make sure your order is within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled or damaged in any way - these items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

We send out a returns form with every order that gets placed with us. Please fill out the form and send with the returning item/s.

Returns are at owner's expense.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to White Haven Emporium. Refunds will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

SALE/OUTLET/CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sale, Outlet and Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless product is deemed to be faulty.

Any Sale, Outlet or Clearance items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

Your return can take up to 8 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

All refunds processed must be done via the payment method that was used to place the order. e.g. if you payed with Paypal, your refund will go straight back into your Paypal account. If you paid with AfterPay, you will be refunded what you have paid so far.
